Preparations are well underway for a Saturday AM departure to Ecuador, via Bogota Columbia! I am psyched for the altitude and ready to tackle the rainy season in the Andes in what has been called 'The Highest Adventure Race in the World'! And just when I thought it couldn't get anymore exciting...I am going to be racing through the mother-land of nature's most perfect food, and personal addiction....Quinoa!!! OMG...hold me down...
