quick post so that I don't fall off too far -
busy weeks behind me - wrote my final exam and got my case studies in !! If I profiled you, news will be soon to come!
-lots of good training in prep for Maui etc...
-big race tomorrow - Provs. - no time for a pre ride, so I will wing it!
- jetting home after for the funeral of a dear close family friend - sad and surprising
-Skye's in a cast from last night's trail run...dunno why, but a good sprain :( (it's purple, so kinda cute..think I'll sign it for her)
-Logs, Rocks and Steel up next weekend, then Muskoka 70.3...quaking in ma boots!!!!
