Spent some time up at Highlands on Monday to cheer on some friends in the National Champs. It was the first time I have seen Pate race, so I took full advantage of a chance to madly shake the cowbells! So exciting!! (photos courtesy of Barb Campbell - thanks Bash!!)
Here's a shot of Pate looking VERY strong up the last hill before the finish of the 10K Skate - I think he's now pushed out of the pain cave and ready for the final sprint. This is an important week for him, and I am sending good vibes onto him for today's races, and for the weekend's too!! Go get 'em mister!!!!!!!
